Roxana Radulescu

Roxana is the Founder of All Personal, a bespoke training, coaching and consulting company that helps Corporate Managers and Small Business CEOs Become Dream Bosses and Build Dream Teams!

She is a TEDx speaker, a certified trainer and Master Coach, and a certified GCologist®.
She holds a diploma in Learning & Development and a certificate in Human Resources from the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development in the UK.

Having worked in international Magic Circle law firms for 16 years and having led the firmwide Learning & Development department for 8 years, she started her consulting business in 2017.

Roxana is also a course designer and instructor on ‘Workplace Communication, Culture and Success’ with York University and College Boreal in Toronto, and an author of online courses and e-books available on award-winning e-learning platforms!

Luis Farias

Luis has worked in the private, public, and non-profit sectors. For nearly a decade, he held various positions in California’s state government, including as an appointee of Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. He then joined the private sector where he made it easier for CKE (Carl’s Jr. & Hardee’s) and its franchisees to deal with government policies and regulations.

After stints in the public and private sector, Farias joined an advocacy group to advocate for policies that would allow small Latino businesses to thrive. Now, he is working on projects to help companies connect with the growing Latino population that is nearly 61 million strong and whose buying power will soon reach $2 trillion. He also believes in the importance of fitness and created the “Target Your Impossible” apparel brand.

Farias knows the political potential of the Latino community remains untapped and is working with others to help Latinos amplify their voice. He writes frequently about topics such as education, finding the right vocation, getting involved in government as well as current topics.
